On October 10, Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of MCC Group, as well as Chairman of China MCC, visited Shijiazhuang MCC Real Estate Group to inspect operations, offer guidance, and show appreciation to frontline staff.
Chen Jianguang visited Shijiazhuang Dexian Yufu Project, Dexian Gongguan Project and Heyuehui Commercial Street successively, and friendly communicated with the front-line cadres and employees to understand the development and operation of the projects in detail. He subsequently convened a symposium to hear detailed presentations from MCC Real Estate Group regarding the operations, commercial activities of its Shijiazhuang branch, and the overall development of property management.
Chen Jianguang commended the recent achievements of MCC Real Estate Group in reform and development, and outlined specific requirements for future work: First, Make a Concentrated Effort on Inventory Digestion. We should accurately understand the new developments, policies, and tasks in the real estate sector, abandon the passive attitudes of "Observing" and "Waiting", intensify marketing efforts, strictly implement the "One Plan for One Case" policy, and employ multiple strategies to expedite inventory reduction. We should also actively explore effective ways to enhance commercial profits, improve the return on assets, and stabilize the corporate cash flow and capital chain. Second, Unswervingly Pursue Transformation. We should effectively utilize existing assets to enhance operational efficiency, leverage corporate brand assets to increase value and generate economic benefits through brand extension, thereby invigorating corporate growth. Additionally, we must steadfastly pursue an asset-light strategy and vigorously promote corporate transformation, upgrading, and improvements in quality and efficiency. Third, Boldly Explore and Strive for Innovation. We should enhance innovation in property services, fully leverage MCC’s achievements and strengths in digital construction, develop "Value-added Services" for property management, extend the service chain, reinforce service guarantees, continually improve property service levels, and gradually establish a resource-integrated property ecosystem. Fourth, Practice Cost Control and Reduction. We should further reduce costs, practice strict financial discipline, and seek benefits through refined management; strengthen bidding and procurement management, adopt industry-leading practices, improve the efficiency and standardization of bidding and procurement processes, and enhance compliance and risk prevention awareness. Fifth, Persistently Strengthen Party Building. We should further consolidate the grassroots Party building, promote the organic integration of the Party leadership and the corporate governance, and lead and ensure the high-quality development of MCC with high-quality Party building. Party members and leading cadres should strictly fulfill the "One Position with Dual Responsibilities", adhere to the bottom lines of politics, profession and integrity, and continuously enhance the corporate cohesion and centripetal force. Additionally, we should ensure effective safety management for construction and property service projects. Property companies, in particular, should prioritize fire safety to guarantee the safe, stable, and orderly operations of the company.
