On the eve of National Day, the launch ceremony of the Shenyang International Smart Health City project was held in Dadong District of Shenyang. Lyu Zhicheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Shenyang, attended the event, and Zheng Bin, Vice Mayor of Shenyang, attended and delivered a speech. Qu Yang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group) and Metallurgical Corporation of China (China MCC), also attended the event and delivered a speech. In his speech, Qu Yang emphasized the long-standing strong cooperation and deep ties between China MCC and Shenyang. Several key subsidiary enterprises of MCC have successively invested in and built a series of iconic high-quality projects in the city. The Shenyang International Smart Health City project is a key initiative aimed at accelerating the implementation of Shenyang’s "14th Five-Year Plan" for its healthcare system and promoting the construction of dual-purpose public infrastructure for both emergency and routine needs. It is also an important step in driving regional economic development and realizing the strategies of a "Healthy Shenyang" and a "Healthy China." China MCC will fully leverage its strengths to ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of the project, contributing with its core capabilities as the "main force and vanguard of construction" to the comprehensive revitalization efforts. China MCC will strive to make new achievements in the current Liao-Shen campaign for the new era.
